Kevin Dalton
Kevin Dalton’s extensive experience and professional education in real estate and finance form a solid basis for successful real estate appraisals. His undergraduate degree in accounting (BBA Accounting) is followed with a masters in finance (MBA Finance). He earned certification as a Certified Public Accountant in 1971. His professional career is diverse. He was Chief Financial Officer with Merrill Lynch 1978-1982. He was an active partner in a business development company through the 1980’s until 1993 and founder and president of Dalton Coffee Ltd., a publicly traded company until 1997. Before joining the Appraisal Company of Key West he was president of Dalton Fox Real Estate, a commercial and residential real estate firm in New York City. Kevin is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York. His experience includes site selection, valuation, due diligence, market and financial analysis. Kevin Dalton is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the State of Florida.
