Job Description:
Residential appraisals utilizing standard FNMA and Freddie Mac forms, and commercial appraisals using narrative reports. Commercial appraiser with 2-4 years experience in different property types. Must be state certified with working knowledge of computers.

Job Qualifications:
Must be Florida Certified. Florida does not reciprocate with other states, but will accept approved education courses. It is preferable that the candidate have higher appraisal education from the Appraisal Institute or other appraisal associations, but not required. Ambitious with a desire to excel. Generous fee split.
